Lone Star Bone & Joint Clinic is located in west Houston. To schedule an appointment, please call our office. In addition to English, we have staff members who speak Spanish, French, and German.

Please arrive fifteen minutes early for your first appointment so that we may gather information about your medical history and insurance. For your convenience, this information may be completed online. Remember to bring proof of insurance eligibility, photo identification, and any referral forms or authorization documentation (if applicable) when you come in for your appointment.

Your medical records and x-rays are private and held in the strictest confidentiality. Signed authorization is required to release medical records. (Please allow up to one week for processing. Fees may apply.)

Due to the nature of our practice, please be advised that patients with emergencies are occasionally worked in before patients with scheduled appointments. We will always try to notify you in advance in such cases. There is also a chance your physician may be unexpectedly called into surgery. We thank you for understanding and will try to accommodate you in any way possible. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, please call us. Try to provide 24-hour notification so that we may offer the appointment time to another patient.

Our doctors will work with you to diagnose your particular musculoskeletal condition. If you have conditions that are being treated by another physician, the doctors will work closely with them to ensure that your care is well-coordinated. Furthermore, the doctors will assist you in finding an appropriate physician for problems outside the realm of orthopedics.

For medical emergencies that require immediate attention, an on-call physician is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After calling our office and speaking with the answering service, you should receive a response from our on-call physician within 20 minutes. If your emergency needs more immediate attention, go to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital. The Emergency Room physician will contact us.

Our doctors will determine the need for surgery based on your full understanding of the diagnosis, the prognosis (both with and without surgery), recovery expectations, and your important personal input.

Our surgery coordinator will meet with you to answer questions, verify your insurance benefits, and schedule preoperative evaluations. To ensure your safety and assist you with a quick recovery, it may be required for you to obtain medical clearance from other physicians before surgery can be performed.

Our doctors perform surgeries at the following hospitals and surgery centers:

    Houston, Texas

  • Spring Branch Medical Center
